Terms of bookings

When booking, 50% will be taken at time of reservation and the remaining balance will be taken 30 days before check-in.

There will be a damage deposit of €50 euros held 2 days prior to check-out. If no damage/issues, this will be refunded 5 days after check-out.

A cleaning fee of €25 is also charged.
